  • Ongoing Support and Assistance - for duration of the assignment
DEPARTURE SERVICES
  • Provide Repatriation Checklist: Contact Assignee to discuss departure procedures and various closures
  • Administration of termination documents
  • Cancellation of utilities and telephone line(s)
  • Shipping of Household Goods (HHG): Advise allowance and procedure, and arrange for shipping surveys and quotes
  • Coordinate final packing and move-out: Organise temporary hotel accommodation
  • Closures: Assist with termination of school, club, bank, car rental, mail redirection, etc
  • Coordinate handover of property and inventory checkout
  • Assessment of dilapidation, negotiation of claims between the tenant and landlord until agreement has been reached and deposits recovered
  • Assist in the termination process with an end of Tenancy interview and advise assignee on various procedures such as cleaners, furniture removal etc
  • Deposit Return - follow-up on reimbursement of security deposit
SHIPMENT LIAISON SERVICES
